I have been seeing these people come to the empty lot across from our apartment, and hold a yard sale every weekend for the past 3 weeks. They seem to like to use the empty lot to sell a bunch of stuff... so I think the next time I want to have a yard sale, I am going to go to someone's yard, and set all of my stuff up and see if I can sell all of my junk...

Ha! I swear she gets that stuff from the trash or something cause who has 6 vaccums? I mean really! And yes its quite a site every weekend...
Your idea only works if you set up your stuff at the site of an abandon house (which in our economy that shouldn't be a problem). Or, you could just join these people and offerer better deals.
Oooh! You could start a whole community not my yard yard sale!
